I've skimmed the forum for awhile now, and finally decided to post... I've noticed that many people order from TFD, but when I tried to order from him, he refused to sell fish to me because he had customers with fish stores in two towns "close" to me. By close, I mean 2 hours away. How did everyone else order fish from this guy? Thanks in advance!

I don't think he sells anywhere near me... I ordered and he shipped me what I wanted

Actually, I hadn't made an order, I was inquiring about approximate shipping prices. The fish I want weren't on the list at the time, but I know he sells them.
He won't sell to me either. He says that he has certain agreements without stores in my area. I have to go one the lfs's he deals with and pay their price. (sucks!!!) I was trying to get a gulper cat, TFD had a good price on them. But when he told me to go to one of his lfs's they up the price like $80.

I am not sure.. but I believe he only does airport to airport.. So you would have to travel... Don't quote me though.. I have been wrong on these kinds of things before 
TFD wont sell to me either. because i live NEAR a LFS that he sells to.. WTF. why bother posting here if MOST PEOPLE CANT EVEN ORDER FROM HIM. dum i think. i am a hobbiest, not a retailer. there is a vendor on here with gulper cats much cheaper then TFD anyways, AND you dont have to order $200+ in fish.
