Thai and Japanese fish?

Hi there! Im working on a logo for a japanese and thai resturant. I was wondering what kind of fishes or fish could i use to design their logo?

Japanese: Koi or Tuna

Thai: Giant Gourami (I'm Thai and last time I went to go visit family in Thailand, everyone had Giant Gouramis), Goldfish, or Asian Arowana
