Thanks guys! Here are the eggs. Just snapped a pic 2 minutes ago. Everybody says look for the black dots and I'd have to assume this is what they are supposed to look like if fertilized??? Not much experience breeding here so I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

Lmao. I know I know...:( LOL Hey I never claim to be knowledgable, I just try and help people with things I DO know about, but unfortunately I do NOT have much breeding experience under my belt.
The only other type of fish I have bred were pink cons and the eggs looked like the black dots were on the inside. These eggs appear to have the black on the outside so I wasn't sure if it was a fungus or something hahaha.
I will end up selling off all of the fry if they make it. At the moment I don't have any room to put the parents in another tank so I'm gonna have to trust them (fingers crossed). Texas are known to be good parents so we'll see. We'll talk price if they make it. If not, this is only their first time. Won't be the last lol.

Sounds good and my fingers crossed also. My regular Carpintis pair were great parents for about 4 spawns. Then on this last one the fry were swimming for about 3 days and something triggered the male to snap. He beat the female pretty bad and ate all but 6 fry out of 300 easy. They usually are good parents so I don't have a clue to what happened.
