My thai silk is 2", and looks like the thai silks below, when will he get the traditional thick flowerhorn body and kok? Also am I underfeeding my flowerhorn, because my flowerhorn will only take 6-7x 1 mm new life spectrum pellets a day. Anymore and he just ignores them.

Yes^^ They will get one with age. They have the genetics for it. If you're having trouble getting your fish to eat you may want to increase the temperature in the tank to 82-84* but be sure to provide adequate aeration for water that warm. It will increase your fishes metabolism which = faster growth.
