thai silk/titanium question

I've seen these fh around but still have to see a male with a nice kok, most are 3-5 inches with no signs of developing kok. Are these fh late bloomers or am i just seeing mostly females or low quality ones. How do you sex these strain? thanks.

You sex them by their vent. You must just be seeing ugly ones because a lot of them have decent koks. Heres one of mine.
