Shipping my fish a day late,
That I still havent gotten yet.
And not responding to my messages.
SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
 
so did you check the tracking # ??? that will tell you where the fish are...How did you have them sent you ??? UPSP, FEDEX ????
 
They were sent USPS
I have the tracking number.
At 11:30 they left Olympia(wich is about an hour away from me)
It's 8:29 now.

No call from USPS, no note left on my door, or in my mail box.

No response from Alex.

why wouldnt you pick them up if they were only an hour away?

Because it says they were PROCESSED AND LEFT Olympia at 11:30.
That meens they should have been coming to my house.

I didnt even want them to come today.
They were supposed to come yesterday.


even after I had asked Alex if I could please get a refund, he sent them anyways.

Yeah.
I just dont understand.
I asked atleast three times if I could just get my money back.
But no, they just had to be sent anyway.

So, thanks again Alex for taking my money and killing fish.
 
USPS sometimes well.. Often the box sits overnight then gets shipped. Are you sure he didn't drop them off and then they processed them the next day?
