Well came home from Rob ( Voss345) with some new little buggers! So far he has sold me 2x Synspilums, 2x Hartwegi, Argentea, Zonatus ( questionable though because of it's size about 1 inch, I think it might be another Hartwegi but it has some differences) and 2x Cutteri my favorite out of the bunch. The 2 Syns he sold me are AMAZING as well as the Argentea, One of the Hartwegi is coloring up nicely as it's about 2.5 inches.

Pics will come tonight of them.

The Argentea is the meanest 2 inch fish I have ever owned. He has to be kept in his own tank because he had been beating on a Black belt 3x his size. He attacks the other tanks through the glass if he sees another fish.

The cutteri are absolute boss though nice coloring and a little grunt to keep them up in the pecking order with fish 3x their size as well.

You probably wont see this thread for 2 weeks Rob since you are going to Equador :irked::nilly: ( jealous) Have fun on the trip!! Bring me back a couple Festae!! or the Chuco's!

No not yet but they went from like that yellow gray with gray vertical bars to STRAIGHT UP WHITE with DARK black bars. The female now has blue speckaling on her fins and the male a very nice blue horizontal line. The Hartwegi are doing great especially the larger one. They all have put on about 1/2 inch since the day I went to your house. Been power feeding them Hikari, Romaine lettuce, peas, earth worms, krill and brine shrimp. They LOVE the lettuce though. Man they go NUTS when they see me with it. Pics will come when I use my gramps Nikon D100 because my camera can't take great pics of smaller fish. Canon A470 ain't the greatest but it takes great photos of large fish.

word nice to hear that, im doing a redo of most of my tanks, there might be a small scale NE meet at puppy center in a few weeks you should stop in then and check out my tanks again
i feed my sevs lettuce but never though the viejas would go wild for it

Ronnie why are you hiding these gorgeous fish from public eye?
