The past 4 years have been the same, luckily with no tragic ending.
I'm a student and go to my parents' place for a couple weeks every Christmas, which means I have to leave my tanks with auto-feeders. I have someone who cleans my tanks weekly, and does an excellent job at that.
Still, I always come back to my house and I'm hesitant to look at my tanks, always expecting disaster. The time when I leave my fish is coming up in the next week when I head out for the holidays, and I hate it!
Does anyone else fall under this category?
I'm wondering if I should just starve my fish for the 2 weeks - auto-feeders freak me out.

It also helps that my big boys are still with my rents. I wonder what my landlord would think if i put a 300 in the garage???? He said i could only have a 30 in the house. nothing about the garage.
