Howdy,

After Thanksgiving, I cut all of my gourds and pumpkins into pieces and dumped them into the --> Worm Farm <--. It only took them a couple of months to completely hollow them out.

Then it was time for more feeding. Some old cauliflower that had spent too much time in the fridge.

And then just regular recycling

i remember trying that, but turns out the water got all the way down the mud and killed most of the worms, (i didn't put water in, just the moisture) i wonder what kind of soil you used there? and how often do you feed them?

Check out the link to my worm farm (above): Drainage is key. I feed as needed, or when I weed my tanks (monthly)

I drilled holes into the bottom, lid, and sides, and filled it about one third with a peat/sand/limestone mix.
