I am hosting once again, and the rules have change.
No longer are you to grow your RTC to 2' in the shortest amount of time...Ohhhh, no. We are going to grow these bad boys out for a whole calander Year. That's right, a whole year of weekly documentation of RTC's growth.
This event will last from 2/11/2011-2/11/2012.
There are new rules, update guidelines, and even prizes for the winner, 2nd place, and 3rd place runners up!
I have designed this years entrants to be of a certain size, so that not one is to ahead of the other. As last years entries were all over the board.
Grand Prize (1st Place):
1x Red-Tailed Catfish (1.5-3")
1x Official Certificate Granting You Winner of the 2011-2012 RTC Growing COntest
1x Bag of Hikari Massivore Delight (Biggest bag)
and
1x MFK T-Shirt
First Runner-Up (2nd Place):
1x Bag of Hikari Massivore Delight (Small Bag)
and
1x MFK T-Shirt
Second Runner-Up (3rd Place):
1x MFk T-Shirt
Provided by Me, Kevin Bullis (diskboy12) at my own expense.
Rules:
1.) You MUST provide visual (photos) update (documentation) of your RTC every Monday.
2.) You MUST provide a written update every Monday, following the upate guidelines.
3.) You MUST show a visual (photos) upate on the size of the RTC with some sort of messuring device on the 11th of every month with the last one declaring the winner.
4.) RTC entries MUST be no bigger than 3" as of 2/11/2011 to ensure an equal size opportunity.
5.) HAVE FUN!

I hope this contest will show how large RTC's can get within the first year of life, and shed some more light on how to take care of these giants.
