I was told that having a salt water tank was simple ... all you need is a pump/filter air stone and a heater and not to over stock or over feed and all you would need to do is keep a eye on your salinity level that doing a water change once a week would take care of the rest.

It can be simple to an experienced person who has kept, and knows the species of fish and knows the requirements of fish in their aquarium.
