There are 3 RTCs in that tiny tank, but their owners don't even care. They're terrible people.
I, too, wish I could have one or two. But in order to, I'd need a bigger tank.
Who's got a big enough tank to keep them? I don't know anybody whose tank is big enough!
Whether or not I decide to put them in an outdoor pond depends on my local weather.
Also, an apostrophe (') is never used to pluralize. So if you are describing more than one of something, even an acronym (abbreviation in the form of FBI, MFK, RTC, or NFL), you should express it as uppercase letters followed by a lower case s.
