The Best Bottom Feeder Catfish?

I have a juvenile Northern Snakehead all by himself in a 4 feet grow out tank.

When I feed him fish fillets he makes a mess ripping it apart.

I do vacuum the substrate but I was wondering which bottom feeder catfish would help not make the food go to waste as well as mess up the tank.

Bullheads (Ameiurus sps.) are great scavengers but are big contributors to the bioload as well as they may be hard to get if you don't live in the US or Canada. Not sure how they'd do with Channa though.

I bought this guy. He's doing a great job cleaning up the uneaten food.
