I give mine hikara (red bag) and blood worms (they love them) I want to try the specific fh hood, ching mix and grand sumo next. From my reading it seems those two have good results.

I got my first fh in Sept. I started it off with flakes now switched to Hikari cich. gold and freeze dried shrimp. He loves the Hik. gold and is showing good color. I want to try something to grow out his kok after he grows to 4".
