The BIGGEST Flowerhorn!!

Hi... i would like to know which strains of Flowerhorn's grow to be the biggest of flowerhorns.. how many inches from tip to tip. And if its a short body strain, what is the biggest that they can they get?
If someone has a REALLY BIG Flowerhorn... please share some pics and tell us what strain and how big of a FH it is..... i would love to see your ]v[onster!!

Hmmmmm I would give a guess to Zhen Zhou or GM. Since kamfa has parrot genes.

definatley ZZ. ive seen some over 15 inches easily.

biggest i've seen in person is this one. he is approx 14-16inches currently. lives in a 125g with a catfish friend. these pictures are from 3-6-08. so he has grown a little bit since the photos. maybe 2-4inches.

The largest I have seen is a red dragon and had to be every bit of 15" but their is a claim of a 23" SRS in Indonesia

Yea, but he never prove it I remember when we all thought it was a typo and he meant 13" until he claimed it's not a typo.

But yea RM/RS do get big. I am guessing a ZZ or RM/RS would grow thickest and biggest.

yeah he is huge now. this fish is one i purchased in a batch of 6 i got from a LFS couple years back. i gave him this male, but i should of kept him. he lives down the street about 3miles from me.

this guy is a ZZ. droopy tail is showing and also has droopy side fins (not sure the name of them, it escapes me at this second).

The biggest I've seen in person was an albino strain over 15", was on sale for $550 that was truely a beast...bad that I didnt had a cam along.
