the bottom of my ray

the bottom of my ray is turning purple on the edges is this normal

Check NH3 NO2 and NO3 , it could be dark red you are seeing. the red is blood under the skin if that is what it is.

Yah I would double check to make sure

But motoros as they grow the markings on the bottom of their disk can change fairly rapidly. I find a new spot on my guy every time he gos up the glass it seems

If it looks anything like this it is perfectly normal that it is darkening up
