very cool fish I kept a few for a while yrs. ago sold my last biggest one to a fellow mfk member, because my feather back knives didn't play to nice wtih the bowfin

oh ya they have been on my list of fish to have for a long time. never would have thought knifes to have beef with bowfins. they ones i have get alone with everything i got. i don't have knives right now, but i have just about everything else.

oh ya they seem to freak out easly. they are in tanks that are ready to house arowanas and gar. tight tops are a must for most of the air breathing fish.
