Now showing an odd one for I just came acrossed it somewhere, the reason why it attracted me so much is just because I found it has minimized melanin on its body disc except the eyes are not red, otherwise,it could be another albino in the world.

I recalled the snow white discus ,when you required certain strains to be white body ,what you have to do is just to cross the white with it similar to what they first crossed the marboro with the white to obtained the red and white or the yellow to made yellow and white discus o white snake etc..

With this ray I reckon which is with great potential to create white rays in future ray world, perhaps, some of you might not interested in cross-breeding similar to the old discus world, because strains from wild species are limited unlike captive bred are always unlimited,in the near future I am certain that most of the hobbyists will be looking for the new strains,so,be prepared to challenge in the ray market .

:grinno:

Here is the sibling brother from the same brood with minimized melanin too, from the aetiology they were came from many crosses of their ancestors that's why a mutation created.:)

I just took the pics. on last saturday, the first one is about 11" and the orange one is 10" ,they look like P. castexi except the color different for their grand father was an imported wild castexi and crossed with motoro female ,after that they were crossed with other hybrid sp again,as such, they have carried the mutation gene, sooner or later they can develope some sort of wonderful rays if we keep play with the crossing. Thanks for the kind response.

Here are some more pics. I took in last week.

Hello,

great stingrays!
Are the ones in the pon except the flower all hybrids including castexi and motoro?
I had a female that light coloured too, still light coloured but the pups she got at the new owner are orange.

You are right ! the flower ray was just introduced to the farm to do its crossing work, here is very popular to create new colors.
