the cichla with 2 lifes

One of my azuls jumped a 5foot jump without me noticing, i randomly walk to check on my fish and i happen to see him on the ground. luckily i catch him just in time to put him back in the tank, he had to have been there for a while he was upside down and motionless, i though he had 20% chance at life, i drasticly added a lot of aeration and soon he started to gain a movment later starting to swim after a hour. i though he was never going to be the same as he was beaten skin torn no fin damage eyes a bust and generally not worth anything.



NOW!
now he is living a normal cichla like life and almost in great condition except one of his eyes are a little diffrent. all went well and now i added a cichla net thats full proof. haha.

That's amazing to recover from that condition. It would be interesting to see if it stayed in that leucistic look.

yea james, if i was him i would be shocked. heh thanks omega. it seems he is blind though. and wow.. i still cant belive i caught him in the nick of time.
