So incase many of you didnt know I dont work and lfs ne more (long story) and I am at my old job Floral dept at a grocery store. Well anyways I just wanted to make a little post about the consumers of where I work. I found this rather amusing b/c it happens all the time... so I thought I'd share. (This is not supposed to be offensive in anyway)
Well A guy came through my register back when I was a cashier, he bought a bunch of hotdog and hamburger buns paid for them and was walking out the front door when all of the sudden hamburger meat and hotdogs start falling out of his pants.
Another time some guy took shrimp and ran out the door and got on his bike (not motor) and started peddeling down the road and of course we chase him. We lose him and as we are walking back in the guy met up with a big suv which then did donuts in the parking lot laughing in our faces as to how they got the shrimp... well we laughed when we got their plate #.
Once I took over the self service station while a buddy went on break. Some guy tried to steel $35 worth of food while I helped the other guy... needless to say I got his plate # also.... and he thought he got away.
The homeless man who stole chicken and ate in the bathroom, that was intresting... he put up a big fight.
The lady who stole a single flower. Seriously... I told her it comes in a pack we dont sell gerber daisys in singles, so she destroys everything she can to get the stupid gerber daisy out of a package thinking she was gonna get away with it. Didnt happen I caught her also. Stupid tard it takes me along time to get everything out, to make things, to package things, so if you destroy my work b/c you cant have what you want when you can just go to a dif. floral shop and look - screw you! I make that stuff dont destroy and maybe I'd try and help you! That goes for the annoying people who take roses out of our arrangments also! It takes time to make those its not as easy as you think!
The crazy girl who stole hair dye and got caught. She screamed soooo loud you could hear her in the back room. She was at leat 6 foot 5 inch. and took 5 people to hold her down, and then she *****ed at the cop oh and the da yelled I gotta tell my friends.... wow good job, you just busted them too.
This woman came in *****ed out my boss and the store manager b/c she is to dumb to fig out how to water flowers and claimed that we didnt give her a care shet so she should get her $40 back for her arrangement. Well we did give her husband the care card and we know this b/c the price is on the care card, if you didnt have it then you wouldnt have been able to pay for it retard. Anyways we didnt giver her any money back. Thats her own fault ... duh you water plants and flowers not that hard!!
Oh and this one is goes to the people who try to take the rims off cars in our parking lot in daylight along with trying to steal a car. good job!
Today... This homeless woman named Sue who has shopped at our store for years. Everyone was nice to her b/c she was nice to us she never came in for boo's or anything. For awhile she lived with one of the cashiers. Well today she came in and got caught stealing suppliments and such. They called the cops and decided to truspass her. Well during this she said she is sueing our company, she is gonna kill two of our managers and is coming after everyone in the store. Then she called the customer complaint line and *****ed out the people in charge of all the FL stores, then asked for a higher manager and *****ed them out. Then she *****ed cop out and started yelling. Then she said that someones relative from the store threatned her life and that people from out store harass her and so on. Thens he threatned to kill more people Then it turns out she had a record for pulling a knife on police and was sent to an insitiution before.
Many things like this happens all the time where I work.... A few even robbed before, oh and I got pleanty more stories... but anyways I ve found working their rather amusing b/c of all the dumb annoying things people do. Its really not worth it to steal stupid stuff..... good job!
