Characins?

Congrats man, I see you finally got what you've been wanting for a long time. You should feed them some rosy reds now since they are too small to eat bait minnows. Just watch how fast they strike the feeders, it's like a missle.

Hey let me know how you fish are in a group like that since I only have two at the moment. I hope they're more active in a group because my walleyes lay on the gravels all day without moving much. At the petshop the walleyes they have are always on the move so it's wierd how they changed on me. Maybe because at the petshop there's always people and my tanks in my bedroom and I'm barely home.

Keep us updated, and yeah I hate the way they look when their skinny. I'm trying to beef them up too, it's working already and the shape of their body is better now.

Thanks guy you were the one that helped me out! Thanks again :clap as for a group they are doing pretty good a little bit slugish in the begaining but doing good so far.

Now you should get some natives that are mid and high dwellers because your walleyes are going to be at the bottom most of the time.

What are you going to feed them????

for now I'm going to feed them feeders for atleast a month. Then I'll try to feed them non- live goods.I would like to put some baby stripers in there one day.

You mean striper hybrid bass that can get huge as a muther. Those guys are cool, I even like white bass, they are good eatin.

As for feeding the walleyes other things then live feeders, I've tried that but they don't want to even look at it. I've tried worms too but only my bass will eat it and even he's not really into that.

I want to try small leaches next, that's what the love in their natural habitat , well atleast that what we/people use to catch them. :D
