Well I don't know about you.. And yes this is a pointless thread.. But I was thinking about it and thought I would see what you guys think :D

When referring to:

The Dark side

Of cichlids for the most part is SA/CA wehrever I go..

And Usually where I frequent Freshwater is the Dark Side

BUT!!

When It comes to Predators....

What would you consider The Dark Side...

Now We all kn,ow that going predatory is also Considered THE DARK SIDE ;)

Anyway.. Just wasting webspace :D

So lets here your equally pointless opinions on

The Dark Side

OPh and when you talked with someone the last time you Crossed over to The Dark Side What was it you picked up or crossed over to.

well here the dark side is saltwater. in that case im 100% on the darkside and made a 180 from monsters to sissy colorful sw fish:screwy:. so i guess im on the "dark side" now. just wish i had more tank space :(

I leave the lights out in my kitchen before walking into it.. so I feel like walked into The Dark Side mwwwhhuuaaa

Keeping SA/CA is definitely the dark side from a certain line of sight-general aquaria. (Like you have already stated.)

Large Predators, and scary catfish are definitely not the bread and butter fishes.

But from MFK perspective...Saltwater would definitely be the darkside. (as stated above)

From MLB the darkside would be performance enhancing substances...was it the cream or the clear.

To me the darkside would have to be something that is exciting, intriguing, but has consequences. There has to be repercussions.

Saltwater fishkeeping is merely another strand in the hobby. The Dark Side is when your afraid to go near the tank or else your fish may jump out and drown you.

The Dark Side for me was crossing over to the 7-string guitar realm. I don't regret doing it either!!!

Down with the DARKSIDE....I am Jedi of enrichment and true enlightment...
