The Demonfish Are 'Dancing' Tonight

Just after a water change, two of five Satanoperca daemon began a playful pushing and shoving match. Hopefully it's a pairing attempt. They are finally in a tank where something may happen with them. It contains a breeding pair of Chocolate cichlids and two breeding pairs of Thorichthys pasionis. I might have to remove the 'pasionis' in that when they spawn, they take over the tank, and have been keeping the 'daemon' high up and somewhat stressed... not the best!

Very nice! Do you give them any special care? What water parmeters are they kept at?

I'm going to leave them in there with their present tankmates until later in the summer. Then I'd like to have them in with maybe just the Chocolate pair or (if I have the tank space) by themselves. I'm also planning to redo my 180G SA tank and they could end up in there.
