That species isn't aggressive, very handleable. They use their claws to hold onto you if you move too much and it makes them feel unsteady, but that's as close to pinching as I've seen them get. Real sweeties <3

I can't try it with my P. alleni, Cherax Zebra/Tiger or hybrids, those will pinch and bite the hell out of me.

Yup, seems i spend a longer time trying to get my alleni's to let go of the net than actually holding them, then when i do hold them they try to kill me.

One had his claws in the water, and grabbed him a guppy. He got loose though.

I am proud to say after handling countless crays, i have yet to be pinched. (except for the handfuls of babies out of a bucket)

I thinking of letting my biggest pinch me just to get over the fear of being pinched.
