the feeling is vary bad

I have read many times how you guys have lost your fish due to jumping or sickness well the feeling hit like punch in the groin. my 24 inch P. Ansorgii jumped last night and the tank has rock on it 5lb on the top all around just got it from Toyin for my Birthday 2 weeks ago I am sick.
