Alright guys, Ive made a few post now but it doesnt seem like anyone wants to help me. I had a pair of rose queens breed for the first time. It was unsuccessful and the mom ate the eggs after guarding them for about 10 days. Is it common for it to be unsuccessful for there first breed? Will they most likely attempt to mate again. Any advise would really be appreciated.

I don't have advice for you but I know that it's common for most fish to fail the first, if not the first couple, of attempts at breeding. If yours tried once, expect it again and be patient!

It should take them a couple of times before they get it right and as long as you have a male and a female.........
