so i nave some local plants (NW Washington)..
some where in my tank and some where out side in a 3.5 just re growing after giving some away..well it froze..lol and this is what i woke up to...and pulled it in to the house ^_^ the plants will be fine..and im pretty sure i got all the snails out......
it kept snowing after this pic we have a few inches and its like 23o!

It is insanly windy here! I have some tanks in the garage at my grandparents house and they are probably frozen too. How much snow do you have?

actually its a native plant to the NW in the Callitriche family, that has emergent leaves ^_^ so it freezes most winters around here.
, the entire plant should be fine...they are thawed now.

only a few inches so far but weather man says more to come.

so the tank finely un thawed and a few ramshorn snails popped up to the surface still alive lol oops guess i didn't get them all ..just glad the tank didn't brake and i got some neat pics ^_^
