If by 'tiger fish', you mean dats then, yes, you can keep scats with silver dats and NGTs. Scats can tolerate freshwater for a short part of their young lives. But, need increasing levels of salinity until they're in near full marine as adults. If kept in fresh water with other dat species, scats will be mre prone to disease, not color up fully, and not grow to full adult size.

If you mean Datnoid Microleptis, make sure the water is brackish and you can get some scats. Silvers look awesome.
