The Guardian heaters?

Anyone use these? I have a 300gal fish tank being made at the moment. I am trying to find good quality heaters that my large american cichlids wouldn't destroy. They say on The Guardian package that they are metal shelled and are basically bullet proof, im just wondering how reliable they are since ive never heard of them before. Its 250watts not quite what i want i would like a 300watt or more (if they make them?)

Anyways if you have any suggestions on heaters it would be greatly appreciated!

They make one that's 250 watts too I think :O

Do you have large cichlids? Anyone use the marineland stealth heater?? are they strong?
