The Ideal Fish Keeper's Wife?

An ideal wife can also be the woman who isn't into fish keeping but loves you and your children tirelessly.

But for the sake of the thread..

How many of you have a wife / gf who shares your fishing / fish keeping hobby or lifestyle?

When I said I felt like keeping fish again after many years of having quit it, one day I recieved the fish I wanted as a gift. And I had started again. She has even funded my fish keeping hobby.

my wife lets me go fishing and has no issues with the hobby, other than say I spend too much money on both but I'm sure everyone's wife says that LOL

I have the golden blessing to setup a 90g tank now to go along with my 150g so its all good

women are awesome LOL

My girlfriend supports the hobby, supports me working at my lfs, buys my fish from time to time and even has her own 75g wanting another tank lol!

My GF fishes with me, has her own pole and does her own thing, she loves my fish but she doesn't like the prices of some of the fish so I always tell her a lil different and trash the receipt

My wife is really supportive of my hobby. She buys me fish, comes with me to the fish store, encourages me to set up new tanks, dip nets with me, and even listens when I nerd out completely over fish/animal/plant stuff. She recognizes how cathartic the whole hobby is for my ptsd/tbi and encourages me to share it with other combat vets as well.
