The killing season 3 on AMC

Ok so my wife recorded the premier of season 3 of the killing. But when she started it so we can watch it, it said "on the previous season of the killing" with previews we had never seen before. And we watch the previous two seasons and those scenes were not on it. What gives??? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything.
