Well I was off work towards the start of the year so was finally read to bite the bullet and upgrade to a fluval FX5 filter after my two ex1200 tetratecs were blocking all the time in the oranda tank (200L).

Ordered from this site http://www.thelivingseas.uk.com/ which I had used before and previously found to be good. Had to be next day delivery as it was the only day I would be around to collect. Looked in stock on the site, great I thought a nice last day holiday spent setting it up. Next day it then transpires that its out of stock, okay I thought I'll just cancel and then pick up somewhere else.

This however seems to be a huge problem. I phoned to cancel only to be told abruptly, "send an email". I then sent an email which was told it would be, "passed to another dept". Having had no further response I have wasted about 6 other emails and one phone call over the space of a week and am still no further forward in getting the money refunded (they take the funds although it is not even been dispatched) or order canceled.

The best bet seems to be waiting 30 days from date of delivery and getting my bank to take the funds back for me as there level of customer services seems non-existent. I will never use them again so they have lost a valued customer. Be warned when using this site.

On a lighter note, here is the latest video of my blue cray. Enjoy!
