The Lounge has been opened back up. Please read over this before posting. The same information can be found in the Rules Sticky.

Rules of the Lounge
  • Keep it PG. Do not post anything you would not want a child or an employer to see.
  • Trolling is not allowed. Posting inflammatory, extraneous or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion will be considered as trolling and will not be tolerated.
  • Respect your fellow members. If you have an issue with a particular member, use the “Ignore” feature and move on. You may also use the "Report" button if you feel somehow offended or slighted by a particular post.
The following topics & content are prohibited from the Lounge. Any attempt to circumvent the filters will result in corrective actions:
  • Drugs & alcohol
  • Guns/firearms
  • Political topics that are unrelated to the fish-keeping hobby.
  • Profanity
  • Religion
  • Sexual & explicit content
  • Restrictions also pertain to any embedded or linked media. Check it before importing it into MFK.
Bear in mind the Lounge is a PRIVILEGE and not a right. Access to the Lounge can and will be taken away if you choose not to follow the rules.

Enforcement of the Rules
  • There will be a two strike system in place for Lounge-related corrective action: You will receive a warning/infraction for your first prohibited post, then you will be banned from the Lounge if you make another prohibited post.
  • Members that are banned from the lounge, will not post topics that belong in the lounge in other forums. Violations of this rule, will be spam.
  • Enforcing the rules of Monster Fish Keepers is at the sole discretion of the staff. Openly discussing, or challenging, these decisions is not permitted. If you feel an error was made, or you would like more information, contact the staff privately.
Other Important Information
  • To use "Report" button effectively with the browser version of the site, click the "triangle" symbol at the bottom left of a post or message. For Android or iOS app users, simply tap the post or message, and choose the "Report" option.
  • Please contact one of the following moderators if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Lounge: Red Devil, Ash, Miguel, Lupin, Chrisplosion, kevinfleming21.
