The midevil's nuchal hump?

About how large or old are they when you start seeing potential signs of a large nuchal hump?

Mine is about 4 inches now and he is showing a little one... But nothing like my SRD FH did when he was that small.

If its meant to be, (genes and so on) he should show potential around 5-6" although some might not until 7-8".
