Damn, I hate these threads, every coulple months they pop up again, lol.
The single most aggresive fish I have ever owned was a Phago maulatus. I don't know if it was the species or just the individual. By aggressive I mean that it killed everything else in the tank without any attempt to eat them (well it did eat some).
I am sure that everyone has there own canidates but I do hope this does not degenerate into a flame fest as so many of these threads have before.

mystus wickii I have one huge one for sale that has to be kept alone and loves the taste of fingers 
those catfish in the amazon shown on that amazon abyss show on discovery. rings of teeth moving in opposite directions to pretty much saw a hole into the poor victim and eating it from the inside out.

Google for cetopsidae or whale catfish, family includes at least one type of candiru.
