if the fish in that vid is actually a careospinus then i can't tell it apart of P. macculipinnis, but I know for a fact that the first pics ever taken were just taken with in the last year. The species has been described, and there's a holotype on file at a south american univeristy (don't know which one), but there were no photographs until this year.

sure is pretty....

there was an article about this rare serra awhile back in tfh .the first live photos of this fish were taken very inpressive video
