recently i have seen an increase in the death of my crabs but i have never seen the culprit in action. im not really bothered that someone is kill and eating them i just want to know who. so who do you guys think is responsible?
The potential culprits are:

Butis Butis: 4 inchs, watchs the crabs but seems to avoid them.
knight goby: 3 inchs, is frequently seen sitting next to crabs but has never made a move for them.
archer fish: 4 inchs doesn't seem to notice they are in the tank mainly because the crabs are usually on the bottom.
columbian catshark: 3 inchs, always ignores them and just swims in his current all day.

so i am stupped as to who is doing it. usually i find the dead crab and it is missing some arms, legs, and usually half of its head. then over night it must be eaten completely because when i wake up it is always gone except for maybe a leg or two.

so please let me know what you guys think. thanks.

I'm gonna go with the buttis and or the goby as prime suspects. They probably make their move and ambush the crabs during the night.

Yeah its most likely a combination of them I bet that colombian is help out at night catfish love some crustaceans
