Great shots man.
The first shot: straighten it out a little bit and is will a great shot. I like dark photos and bright colors, the random red is great.
Second shot: Cropped tighter and a boarder looks good (IMO), but all in all, Great clean and sharp pictures. Well Done bro.

Thanks for the tips..I've been using Lightroom3 still waiting to get PS..

I don't know much of PS or Lightroom just starting to learn...

No photoshop here either. I use Picnik. Just your really basic editing tools and it's free.
