Hey everyone, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am in SW Florida on Charlotte Harbor. I am hugely into African Cichlids and have a nice show tank that is 240 gallons, 6'x2'x2'. It is filled with Mbuna, Peacocks, Johanni's, Emperors, firemouths, jewels, crabs, lobsters and cats/plecos. I just got a 125 salt that I will be moving from the original owners house to mine over this weekend and I am so excited about the possibilities with this one as I am a diver and live right by the Gulf of Mexico. Anyway if I can be of any assistance I will do my best and if anyone is in my neck of the beach lets get together and show off our tanks. Peace. ciclid

I'm not sure man, have we? I am in PGI by fishermans Village. I am a musician/lead singer. Maybe we have met. If youre ever up in the Punta Gorda or port charlotte area give us a shout. My wife and I are always up for doing something. I just opened Cichlid Freaks and it is keeping me jumpin but hey life is short so we cram in as much action as we can right? Are you going to the auction in tampa? Maybe we can hook up then. Peace:headbang2
 
What is Cichlid Freaks? I don't get up there much,but I have supplied fish to a guy up that way at The Cichlid Stop.Are you in a band?I play some guitar.

Yeah man I got a lot of my fish from Erret, He is a pretty cool dude. The Cichlid Freaks is a cichlid store that I just opened up 2 days ago. I went and picked up my commercial tanks and about 40 glass tanks of varying sizes up to 60. gals. Are you a supplier? I was in a band for quite a few years and when I came down here I tried out for some guys an got the gig but I was not happy with those guys and after our first gig I pretty much got canned lmao. But I still write all my stuff and record it here at home. The guys I played with were completely stuck in the early seventies rut. Maybe we could get together and jam, who knows maybe we could hit the big time lol.
 
Congrats on your store,man!That is awesome.What a coincidence,Erret got a LOT of fish from me.Hopefully someday I'll make it up there. I have some music recording software,I could never get to work.It seems to work but ,can't get the sound to come out
