Do you have more pics of the back? Did you get a certificate with it and can you post a pic of that as well? Or are you looking to buy it?
 
Gold cross back Asian arowana. Looks a bit old. Some pearlies around tail/caudal/anal fin. Evidence of regrown scales at mid body, upper back. The photo is not really enough to go to properly grade this fish, but I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as adult crossbacks go.
