Sorry for a sideways photo but I thought I'd share this picture of my Brown Snakehead with his best pal, a Fire Belly Newt.
My sake head is about 10cm long similar size to the newt not including tail.
They are shoulder to shoulder most of the time.

Fish usually spit them right back out. They have a toxic mucus on their skin. Might be different with snake heads but normal fish don't eat them.
