These freakin cows are crazy looking. Line bred for 100years to become herculean bovines.

Now they've actually found the gene that controls muscle mass like that. In Popular Science a few months back, they showed a genetically modified whippet (racing dog) that had that gene turned off. Without the hormone (I think it's a hormone) present, it causes them to develop around 200% of their normal muscle mass
