The ORINOS...a Parrot, Con, and 2 O's

Just thought I would post some pics of THE GANG in the 125 with 2 canister filters and a 300 watt heater. Six of the Orinos are going to Zoo York 207 within a couple weeks....I'm keeping the other 3. Give me a little feedback and/or advice on the fish, setup, etc. Thanks!

I like it.. I would change out the gravel to something else like black or bare bottom and paint the back black to make the fish look darker(own personal preference) but other than that looks good.

I thought about putting a black background on it...think I might just get some black tagboard and tape it back there. I thought about sand for a while, but then jsut decided to go with the blue gravel (favorite color is blue and huge DUKE BLUE DEVIL fan!) I have other large white rocks that I could place on the bottom...might give that a try. Thanks for the ideas! Keep em coming!

Thank you! I think the home-made stand really helps the whole setup out! Took 8 hours to build and 1 hour to stain and seal. What do you think one of these would cost at a store?..it is oak. Might make another and sell it !
