The oscars are doing great! seem to have endless stomachs as they beg for food every time I walk by their tank. I've been feeding them a mixed diet of pellets and frozen food including bloodworms, beef heart and krill. I clean there tank doing 30 to 50 percent water changes twice a week, hopefully these guys start putting on some size over the next couple months so I can get them moved into my 125. The 125 gallon setup for everyone that commented on my post before, I will be rehoming 11 fish to cut down on the bio load and that includes my large pleco.

They certainly look happy! Don't be afraid to take 70 or 80% of the water out every two or three days, won't harm them and will keep the water more pristine. Helps with growth. Good luck.
Thanks!

My oscars were about the same size in November. Now 6" long and almost an inch thick. Believe me. They will grow.

Dont feed beef heart and blood worms all the time its not to healthy for them but once a week to every 2 weeks should be fine also dont feed them every time as they will get bloated I made tht mistake before.
Mammalian meat contains fats that are difficult or impossible for the fish to digest. Results can be disease to the liver. Thus the advice.
