I believe this specie has flown under the radar for quite some time. They were just first documented back in 2003. They are new to me, I just stumbled across them. They are called Humphead Glassfish, or Parambassis pulcinella.
I find these fish absolutely brilliant. Rather dangerous to keep them with a Flowerhorn considering they go for around $30 each, But imagine how beautiful that tank would be.
Imagine a 125gal, With about 15 of these guys, and maybee and SB Titanium.
Enjoy.

I also find these rather gross !

Haters haha, To each their own I guess. I wasnt comparing them to a Flowerhorns...
I just think they would look exceptional schooling around a Horn.

I find these unique little critters absolutely gorgeous. Such a unique adaptation coming from the fast flowing streams of Myanmar. I dont find them bland or misshapen at all. They are like big tetra that balance a pearlescent silver dollar on their heads.

You guys can bask in the glory of my tank when I have a school of these freaky little guys all over the place. Some day. :D

Lol.

This proves that beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. Thank goodness we don't all think the same !
