I will be importing some fish in the coming months and was wondering what are the steps to becoming a vendor? Does it cost money to be a vendor? Where do I apply?

Indo datnoids, Sumatra datnoids ,bichirs, silver arowana, albino silver arowana etc. Lots and lots of stuff but since funds are limited I'm starting small with datnoids and bichirs.
