:( I had just got 4 black aros yesterday. They were all healthy and eating out of the bag. When I left for work this morning everything was perfect, all 4were swimming around with no problem.

THEN when I got home, I found one stuck to the overflow and another missing. Had to pull the one stck off the overflow but the damage on this guy looks to be to bad to recover from. Then I seached around the tank for the one that was missing, thinking he had jumped out.
Something in the tank caught my eye...
IT IS A HEAD OF AN ARO!! Seached aound and onder the driftwood with no luck finding anything else.

I think my clown loaches had picked him clean... No body, just a skull with no eyes or anything other than bone.

So I ended up moving the remaining 2 and the hurt guy to a 55g with salt and a higher temp than the main tank. Well see what happens.:irked:

Man that sucks, sorry to hear. How big are they?

wow...sux big time...how big are they? what are other fishes that share the tank w/ them? i don't think any aros can pick one up to the extent of losing ALL his bodies?

how big and how many clownloach do u have? u were leaving for only the day right? i don't think clown loach can 'clean' that fast

Well, the other one passed overnight. They were about 10". I moved the other 2 into a 55g for now.

I have about 40 6-7" clown loaches, and 3 10-12" ones. I would have not belived in myself buy my wife seen them eating it. They were taking chunks off!!!
