Hey guys, the person I bought my recent pygo which made my shoal to 11 nats has some caribas around 2-3" and asking if I want some.... Should I buy another 60G tank and add like four in it or should I try adding one with my nats? I know the 80g is too small, but I wanted to try it. he is selling one for $30. Should I try it just to gamble? I awaiting on a good deal on a 160-200g tank..

i think you should slow down until you have the long term plan in place. you've already got too many fish in too small of a tank with no exit plan in a state it's illegal to have said fish in.
it could be months before you find a good deal on a tank the size you want, plus all the dough you'll have to throw in for filtration, that expensive fancy man wood you like, gravel/sand etc etc.
As for your original question, i'd add more then one cariba instead of attempting to add just one.

I know balling... I'm out of control. These damn piranhas are really really addicting! I found one who is selling. 180 but price is too much.. Ridiculous so I refused. But once my shoal hits about 6"-7" new tank will be mandatory. No way they can stay in a 80g forever. I really with no doubt want to stay at 11 >.>
Btw the question was just 1/100. Just wanted to know ppls opinion. I might just grab a new tank for the caribas..

Man u caught p fever lol. Let's just hope u stick with it, some ppl get bored after a couple months then are stuck with a tank full of piranhas, not saying u will just saying. Baller offered some great advice. Imo grow ur current shoal put then they will have babies for u

I sure hope so! Long time ago, I practically had all the cichlids, bichers, puffers, gator garbs, and like that.. After I got rid of all of them, I got ATFs...Now, I only got back into just for P's... No way in hell am I going to get bored of them ! Hehehe spent too much money too.. I really hope they do brother.
Well unfortunately money can't buy interest, I have put hundreds into various hobbies (rc cars karting etc) only to lose interest, but fk is one thing that I will always love, after working 12 hours in the hot sun nothing beats coming home kicking off my shoes, firing up the vape and just looking at my prized p's, sure does relax me!

i had a shoal of 14. now down to 12. in a 300.will be setting up a 220 soon(as ican get 5 more people to come over and help put it in the basement)to put my 7 remaining caribe in.they are growing nicely.my rbp range from around 6" to id say 12".soon to be x wife says thier ugly. i disagree. have been keeping pirahna nearly as long as ive been kepping fish( thats 30 years with a few breaks)
