I really can't understand you at all...
 
They are best kept on there own. I keep my 10" ARTC with 2 similar size plec. One of the plec gets a few wounds now and again but they heal fairly quick. I don't think mine will tolerate tankmates soon and therefore I will need to keep it by itself.
 
Are you asking about a smaller cousin of the ARTC? Is there one in particular that you want to know about. Check out the Siamese Bumblebee Catfish. They have the classic Hemibagarius body shape like the (ARTC and Wyckii) but only get about 5" long.
