So I've never been one to start one of these threads but first times for everything! Give us your worst pellet spill. I have one just about weekly. Always trying to do too many things at once. Feed fish, change water, make dinner, baby girl in one arm the whole time(she doesn't want to miss a minute of fish!) Soo...anyways...drives me NUTZ when I spill expensive pellets just to sit there trying to pick them up one by one, so how many out there have had this experience???

Ah yes, picking pellets out of carpet. "Ghost hunting", I call it.

What about live worms? I've bought a fresh batch then go to clean the water the next day then "slip" down the drain they go

Raccoons came in through my cat door and ate all my pellets. Even the algae wafers.

I once spilled a container of 1mm nls on the carpet. I managed to save most of them though.

Spilled a big can of NLS in my tank i was able to get like 20% of the food out but had to do 50% water change everyday for two weeks everyday lol!

Spilled an entire container of shrimp pellets one night. Brand stinking new, too! I know its not as expensive as nls but dang major pain in the neck!

worst pellet spill? how is any pellet spill worse than any other... they are all THE SAME. you spill pellets.
do you really want everyone to say "i spileld them everywhere oh nooo"
worst is when they all go in the tank cause they are wrecked and they ruin your water quality but I imagine thats happened to everyone

I spilled bottom feeder pellets in the corner between the wall and stand(dresser). I wasn't able pellets until I duct taped a tube to the vacuum cleaner hose.

I divide my larger containers into smaller ones that I use on a regular basis, that way it's easier to deal with and if I do spill then it isn't as big of a deal.
